This is a more generic issue regarding buffering and playbin/decodebin.

Those new issues should be supported (and if not, fixed) with playbin3 and
decodebin3.

GstBlub, can you double-check if your issue is still present with
playbin3/decodebin3 ? If so, let's determine the key issues to be fixed.
