Since how the WIP design is unknown, I just guess select-streams event could be
forwarded to adaptivedemux for now.

I'm still working on "exposing only activated stream" feature and it's WIP.
Current status is that, initial "exposing only activated stream" is done,
however run-time track change should be implemented. I expect the feature might
be made in this weekend (or early next week)
