Ok, so obviously not much has been going on on the CineForm front...
So today I forked the SDK here https://github.com/emericg/libcineform

I'll finish the integration tomorrow I think, so we can have a proper build of
this new library. The GStreamer patches should change between the SDK and the
new library so you'll be able to test everything this week.
