I tried again with official GStreamer 32 and 64bits, and with MSYS2 GStreamer
32 and 64bits, and it's the same.

I'm using GstSharp Nuget package.

Do you have any more GstSharp binaries which you could attach here? I'd rather
not build everything by myself.

Btw, I have
- latest Windows 10 Pro
- AMD Ryzen 7 1700
- NVidia GTX 970
