build gst-plugins-base-1.0-1.15.0.1 on macos 10.13.4 failed.

use "./cerbero-uninstalled build gst-plugins-base-1.0" to build

get follow message:

[2] Rebuild starting from the failed step

and then find out it was failed in
"gst-plugins-base-1.0-1.15.0.1/gst-libs/gst/video",append pkgconfig path to
GST_PKG_CONFIG_PATH in Makefile in this dir, and then simple run 'make', get
the follow error:
