Tested the gst-launch example on Windows 10 with a MSYS2/MinGW64 build and
don't get crackling (with and without low-latency=true).

But I _sometimes_ get some WARNING/CRITICAL:

$ gst-launch-1.0 audiotestsrc ! wasapisink
