Interesting, that indeed hide the issue I suppose. I'm been testing here with
JM reference decoder on the side. I've implement the equivalent dump_dpb()
function in gstreamer-vaapi. First thing I notice, is that JM thinks the DPB
size should be 5, while gstreamer-vaapi thinks it's 4.
