Tested 1.14.1 (with and without the 4 wasapi patches) on Windows 10 (native)
built with MSYS2/MinGW64.

gst-launch-1.0.exe audiotestsrc ! wasapisink low-latency=false exclusive=false
plain   : OK
patched : KO! (there is beating and crackling)

gst-launch-1.0.exe audiotestsrc ! wasapisink low-latency=true exclusive=false
plain   : OK
patched : OK

gst-launch-1.0.exe audiotestsrc ! wasapisink low-latency=false exclusive=true
plain   : OK
patched : OK

gst-launch-1.0.exe audiotestsrc ! wasapisink low-latency=true exclusive=true
plain   : KO!
patched : KO! (there is droning... i.e. not same problem as false/false).
