wasapisink: disable audioclient3 by default

audioclient3 ignores the buffer-time/latency-time of the baseaudiosink and
the default buffer size is way less then what we get with audioclient1
(8 times less by default). As this makes it prone to buffer underruns and
can lead to confusion when things work on win7 and don't on win10
disable it by default.
