For gst_element_get_request_pad() call, flvmux is returning pad with name
"sink_0", instead of "video" as mentioned in sink template.

>From my analysis figured out that, Aggregator is creating pad with name
"sink_0" and flvmux is returning same pad to the application. This is creating 
problem when we try to probe flvmuxer's pad, with the name mentioned in sink
template,  in later point of time.
