`export LIBVA_DRIVER_NAME=iHD` with above steps and I don't see any vaapivp8enc
plugin.  

Also, `LIBVA_DRIVER_NAME=iHD vainfo` does not report any encode entrypoint for
vp8.

Will iHD driver support vp8 encode on SKL/KBL?
