AFAIK, the segment is related to PTS ( that's why clipping to DTS does not seem
a good behavior).
Fixing the dts, for these Nalu types is definitely a good improvement but if we
keep them to PTS (none) we will have the same issue as the basesink will assume
( in absence of valid PTS) that the dts should be used to segment clipping.
