[gst-devel] .cvsignore's needed

One thing definitely needed that I didn't do last night is put in all
sorts of .cvsignore's.  There's one in the root directory, but nowhere
else AFAIK.  Anyone can go ahead and add them as necessary, based on the
root .cvsignore, whenever they feel like it ;-)

I'll probably go do some now as a test of the loginfo script I just
installed.  For now log messages go to gstreamer-devel, they'll go to
gstreamer-cvs as soon as it's created (probably tonight), so if you want
to keep up with cvs just sign onto that list when it shows up.
