[gst-devel] CVS list logging now working

After lots and lots of test commits (I must have populated about half the
project with .cvsignore's by now), I've got the logging script working.
The list is set up, you can now subscribe to gstreamer-cvs to get commit
messages.  I would recommend that anyone doing any development subscribe,
so as to keep up with the state of things.  I've already subscribed Wim
and myself.  If all else fails, they are archived on sourceforge.

I'm running a copy of the script from GNOME, hence the first message with
the wrong subject.  One thing I might do is modify the script to not
include "GStreamer CVS:" at the beginning, since mailman prepends
[gst-cvs] anyway.  Pros/cons?
