[gst-devel] Future GStreamer work

As of today I am no longer under the spectre of a non-compete, since the
startup I worked for basically folded yesterday.

I'll be spending significant time reading through all the code again, and
starting to build a design document.  I've made several stabs at this in
the past, and it's a hard problem, so I'll be putting out revisions rather
frequently.  I'll put it in CVS somewhere as well.

In the design docs I'll try to make a clean distinction between what's
implemented and what isn't, so we can build a list of things to tackle.
