[gst-devel] Bad mp3

While I remember, the following report was just submitted to the alsaplayer
development list, and I thought I'd try it out on gstreamer.
Unfortunately, it doesn't play correctly there either - lots of high
pitched squeaks.  It _does_ play on xmms, however...

It's a very low bitrate mp3 - 24kb - that might be the problem?
