[gst-devel] pkg-config

Ok, so I'm starting to dig in pkg-config so I can get the seperate
gst-bind module started.

I set the right env var, it finds gstreamer, but it croaks on not finding
libxml.pc, which I do not have of course.  What's the right thing to do ?
Re-install libxml from source ? Find a libxml.pc file somewhere that
hopefully works with my version of libxml ? Write one of my own ?
