[gst-devel] pre-release tarball

um...

i'm gonna come right out and admit that i haven't really been
competely following the discussion about tarballs and what not, but
what on earth could possibly have compeled you to make a separate
tarball for every .c and .h file?

i mean maybe it's just me but that sounds like the most idiotic plan
imaginable. again, haven't been following the discussion so if i'm
wrong here please let me know :-)
