I grepped for this macro and found no reference
to it other than in configure.in.  I suspect this macro should be in
gstreamer.m4.

Also the autogen.sh file refers to $ACLOCAL_FLAGS.  This varialble doesn't seem
to be defined anywhere, so its a mystery to me.
