[gst-devel] gstvideoscale.c

The libs/videoscale/ library is not currently compiled on non x86
architectures, due to a small piece of asm in gstvideoscale.c 

Could someone provide a C equivalent?  I'm quite happy to put it into the
build system properly, but I can't read what the current asm does, so have
no way of fixing this...

Currently, one can't view anything on PPC because of this. :(
