Summary: the libgst.so.0 doesnt get installed

Initial Comment:
I intalled the gstreamer 0.2.1 from the source tar 
ball. Everything got Ok, but the gst progs. couldnt 
find libgst.so.0. Then i searched for it in the gst 
source directory, found that & copied it to 
the /usr/lib directory. I think the 'make install' was 
responsible to that not me.
