[gst-devel] volume filter

With the help of the filterstamp.sh script and the folks on IRC I've put
together a volume plugin for gstreamer. Its name, 'volume', clashes with
one in cvs, but it could replace that plugin. The new functionality is
the implementation of separate left and right volumes and muting.
