Summary: configure fails to detect libdv

Initial Comment:
I'm running Debian/testing on PPC.

The configure test for libdv/dv.h fails because dv.h 
includes (eventually) glibconfig.h, which isn't on 
the include path (it's in /usr/lib/glib/include).  
Unfortunately AC_CHECK_HEADER doesn't use CFLAGS, so 
we can't just pass in $GLIB_CFLAGS.
