[gst-devel] audio/raw vs float

audio/raw currently is fixed with 0 digits representation after decimal
point.

If moved to audio/int, an audio/fixed will be necessarary, many algorithms
require fixed representation of data with a particular spec or output
representation of audio in fixed point format.
