Well, hadess has produced a Gnome-VFS source and sink, and for testing, he
does this:

> gstreamer-launch gnomevfssrc \
> location=http://gstreamer.net/media/south.mp3 ! \
> gnomevfssink location=file:///home/hadess/south.mp3

wtay: you lose the race to make cp(1) with GStreamer.  Sorry. ;-)
