[gst-devel] automake patch

If you haven't already, you will need to apply a tiny patch located in the
GStreamer README file to your /usr/bin/automake if you're compiling from
CVS.  A bug in automake causes it to take upwards of half a GB of RAM at
this point, and every new optional plugin will *double* that.
