Hi,

I added a header in /header which contains default caps for audio/raw
(integer).  I got sick of having to adapt each plugin I use to take into
account all of this stuff, so if you all think this is a good way to
generalize that, then let me know and I can add it to the other plugins as
well.  I added it to passthrough.c if you want to check it, though it
speaks for itself.
