[gst-devel] Docs build

I've heard various muttered rumours of problems with the building of the
documentation.  However, I personally have been experiencing no problems
at all in this area.

I'm probably able to fix these problems given good problem reports, so if
anyone who is unable to build the docs could give me an email ASAP I'll
look into them.

If you don't give me good reports, there's nothing I can do. ;-)

I expect to be around and on IRC for much of the next 18 hours or so...
