[gst-devel] New Plugin: silence

I wrote a plugin last night that is a src of continous silence audio. 
It supports all sampling rates, and in integer form.  It also supports
sending in mu-Law, however not yet aLaw.  I am later going to add an
argument for time (in milliseconds) and the source would signal an eos
after that time has elapsed.

I have attached this, and if it's OK'ed I will add it to the CVS.
