[gst-devel] dynamic pipelines

hello,

in tests/sched/ there's a testcase called 'dynamic-pipeline' that fails.
the file is well commented and pared down to the essentials, using only
fakesrc and fakesink. i think it is a cothreads problem (although it
might be a scheduler problem).

if you are familiar with the scheduler and cothreads, please take a look
at it. this sort of pipeline is extremely typical (eg, typefind ->
autoplugger without nulling out the pipeline).
