Ok, I installed all of the kde libs, so the arts problem is fixed.

Next up is this, during make distcheck :

config.status: error: cannot find input file: plugins/ffmpeg/Makefile.in
make: *** [distcheck] Error 1

I checked a bit, and I suppose this happens because I don't have ffmpeg
installed, but the configure.in tries to generate plugins/ffmpeg/Makefile
no matter what.

Should there be conditionals around each of the plugin Makefiles in
AC_OUTPUT ? If so, how do we do this ?

Eventually I'll need to install ffmpeg of course for this automatic
building thing to be useful, but until this is fixed I'll leave it at
this.
