[gst-devel] Synchronization Proposal

Hello GStreamer developers,

I'd like to bring everyone's attention to a Synchronization Proposal
I wrote (on the GStreamer Wiki).

It's at:

Now, some of it may be said out of ignorance.  I.e., GStreamer
may already have something I am proposing, but I am unaware of
it.  So, if that is the case, then please just point it out.

You can `reply' to the proposal either here (on the mailing list)
or directly on the GStreamer Wiki.  Please sign your comments
(on the Wiki) though.
