[gst-devel] memleaks patch

i noticed some memleaks:

o xmlNodeGetContent returns a malloc'd copy so there is no need
to g_strdup.

o GstElementDetails can be dynamically allocated.  This patch
adds a flag "details_dynamic" to determine whether to free
GstElementDetails.

OK to commit?
