Dunno if this is relevant, but here is what i want to do for slow-motion
playback.

Video is easy.  For audio, i want to playback a N second window around
the current frame at normal speed.  After the audio segment finishes, it
should rewind and move the center of the playback window to the current
frame.  Something like that.
