I dont know. The wrappers are not KDE-specific and could be used for all 
Qt-apps, the rest will be KDE-specific. So it could make sense to mirror only 
the wrappers.
But note that the wrappers have been written for 0.4.0, so they are not useful 
for GStreamer's CVS version.
