[gst-devel] [PATCH] documentation patch (2nd try)

I've reworked my previous patch so that all paragraphs I've touch in the
original have been reformatted to be less than 80 chars wide.

The patch still looks messy because there is a lot of existing text > 80
chars but the new stuff will fit on your screen :)

Ignore the previous patch (gst-doc-1.patch). This one replaces it
completely.
