Ok, I'll take a look.  I don't think the icecast/audiocast patch will
affect it, though.

However...looking at the backtrace, it looks a lot like a generic
gnome-vfs bug.  My guess is that for some reason, one of the strings in
mime_extensions is statically allocated, or had already been freed. 
Will investigate more soon.

Did you get a chance to look at the patch?  Does it appear sane to you?
