[gst-devel] gstfilecache [proposed]

Here is the code.  There are some problems:

* Contrary to gstmemcache, the code i wrote assumes that all
formats sort to the same order.  Why do you believe that this
will not happen?  What is the use-case?

* The entry returned by gst_file_cache_get_assoc_entry is
built in dynamically allocated memory because i consider
GstCacheEntry as a transport, not as a storage format.  When is
this temporary going to be freed, i don't know.

* i didn't even check whether the code compiles.

Wim, is this any good?  Should i keep working on it?
