[gst-devel] librtp SRPMS Forbidden

the librtp SRPMS on the gstreamer site are Forbidden, but only for the
ones pointed to by the download page, so I suspect they merely have the
wrong permissions; seeing as this is the only place I was able to find
these SRPMS it might be nice to be able to download them.
(Note: you can get them if you go to the ext directory on one of the
older releases)
