[gst-devel] 0.3.1 debs available

debs for 0.3.1 are available.  few issues with -compprep segfaulting
probably due to arts plugin missing symbol or something.  no player or
editor packaged yet.  'man gst-launch' if you want to see things to play
around with.

please test these out.  sent bug reports or suggestions to the list or
to me.  i'd like feedback on the packaging, like is it too hard to
figure out gstreamer-tools has the only useful apps right now? ;)

apt getable, see README to setup, then:
$ apt-get install gstreamer-all gstreamer-tools
if you want to play around.
