thanks. i guess i don't quite get the scheduler yet ;) so, let's check
it out -- all threads and pipelines need ghost pads if they are to
connect with other threads or pipelines. so, why not require that when
making ghost pads on managing bins that the element with the pad be a
disconnected element? would you, accept a patch checking for this
condition and not allowing a not-diconnected element to ghost to a
managing bin?
