[gst-devel] I forgot one question ...

It's quite easy to do with cvs:
you need to edit CVSROOT/modules, and have a list of the modules in there, as 
well as having an 'm4' module
eg CVSROOT/modules would contain:

gstreamer &m4
gstplay &m4
gst-plugins &m4
... etc
