Hi,

Prereleases are up :

http://www.gstreamer.net/releases/0.4.0/src/ - 
both gstreamer-0.3.4.2.tar.gz and gst-plugins-0.3.4.2.tar.gz

I might do another one tomorrow if stuff crops up that has been done 
wrong.  I'd appreciate any feedback on these tarballs.
