[gst-devel] 0.4.0 src.rpm error during compilation

Ran into the same problem when building Mandrake rpms.
The culprit is /usr/bin/xsltproc.

rpm -e libxslt-devel

You will now get;
"jade:../sgml/gststaticautoplugrender.sgml:37:10:E: end tag for
"REFSECT1" which is not finished
jade:/etc/sgml/catalog:1:8:E: cannot open "/etc/sgml/sgml-docbook-*.cat"
(No such file or directory)" warnings during doc/manual creation but the
build/rebuild will complete.
