[gst-devel] 0.4.0 is working

i am able to use gst-player 0.4.0 to play an mpeg1 movie.
However, there is some problem with the sync.  It plays for 1-2s and then
pauses for 1-2s and then plays, etc.  My computer is fast enough to
play a DVD without dropping frames so it's not a lack of CPU cycles.

Shall i file a bug report?
