Summary: xvideosink & videosink symbol conflict

Initial Comment:
Both xvideosink and videosink share common symbols. 
This can cause segfaults when both are loaded by tools
such as gst-register and gst-compprep.

Symbols should be unique or otherwise fixed to not
conflit.  And attempt at adding "-export-symbols
gstplugin.sym" to LDFLAGS of both plugins with just
"plugin_desc" in the gstplugin.sym file failed to
resolve this.

If xvideo/ dir is obsolete in favor of videosink/
perhaps xvideo/ should just be removed.
