This one is huge for the (net)Rhythmbox people.  At least I keep getting
mails from people asking for it and people interested in working on it
(I refer the latter to #gstreamer).

This, along with (re)fixing #94113 would basically be the last major
things we need from GStreamer to make (net)Rhythmbox kick ass.
