[gst-devel] Build Issue

Hey all,

I'm having trouble testing gstreamer 0.7.x from cvs with jhbuild. It
works perfectly if build into /usr/local(and I assume /usr) but if built
into any other prefix gst-register-0.7 wont pick up any plugins. If this
problem isn't just affecting me then this bug will strongly affect the
ability of Gnome testers to test gstreamer.
