[gst-devel] correct gst-editor prereleases url

Ok, I tested a bit today. First of all the SPEC file in the pre-rel is
way broken, please merge in the one I commited to head today into the
release branch. I also changed head to be 0.5.0 as it currently was set
to 0.1 something which is even lower than our latest release.

Pressing the help button crash gnome-help for me (but gst-editor
continues to work :)
