[gst-devel] release

Hey gang,

gnome expects a release on monday, so I cut two prereleases for 0.5.1.  
They're up at
http://gstreamer.net/releases/0.5.1/src

Please get them, configure them, build them and test them.  If all goes 
well we release tomorrow.

Especially test if a) there's no API breakage and b) ffmpeg builds 
correctly for you.
